What is a health and wellness coach?
As a health and wellness coach, I help clients find the inner strength and motivation to change their lifestyle to live healthier, more joyous lives. I coach clients in the areas of nutrition, movement, mindset, stress reduction, and overall lifestyle—because wellness isn’t confined to a single category.Â
I love the fact that in coaching session, you are the captain of your own ship. I am just the harbor captain assisting you to use your own insides and resources to set goals committed to action steps and establish accountability in building your envisioned healthy lifestyle.
What does a health and wellness coach do?
A health and wellness coach guides their clients through thoughtful, creative conversations that spark inside motivation, build habits and create lasting changes. This can include eating better, moving more, managing stress, or finding balance in many areas of life.
Coaches use tools like visioning, goal setting and accountability to lead to real sustainable shifts for the better. In the health and wellness world, this means we focus on evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique goals, like improving energy, sleep, or emotional resilience. Instead of your coach telling you what to do, I'll instead help you discover your path.
Think of a coach as a cheerleader, navigator and mirror all in one: We listen deeply, ask powerful questions, celebrate your wins and gently nudge you forward when needed. The wellness coaching process is collaborative and client-led, making it incredibly effective for long-term results.
How is coaching different from seeing a doctor or therapist?
Doctors are experts at diagnosing and prescribing the “WHAT” (like medications, supplements, lifestyle plans-eat better, exercise more) but they often don’t have the bandwidth to dive into the “HOW” the daily habits, mindset shifts, and sustainable tweaks that turn good intentions into real lasting change.
That’s where coaches step in as the empowering guide without crossing into medical territory, no diagnosing no prescribing just skillful facilitation to help you uncover your own strategies for a fuller, healthier life. It’s like having a copilot who knows the road but lets you drive.
What types of clients do you typically work with?
I specialize in coaching career women who keep it all together while wearing ALL the hats (yes, I’m talking to you, busy working Mama!), but I'm open to coaching women from all walks of life.
On top of all they accomplish at work and at home, my clients are often facing difficult health conditions, stress, overwhelm, and sleep issues. Many are burnt out with frustrating diet and exercise regimens, and just aren’t happy with the way their bodies look, or how they feel in their own skin.

How do your coaching sessions work?
It is simple, flexible and designed around you. We meet virtually via Zoom (super easy!) so you can join from your phone, tablet, iPad, laptop or desktop wherever feels cozy and convenient.
I offer a free 15 minute discovery session, a gentle, no pressure intro to Coaching. This is your no-pressure opportunity to connect, clarify your wellness vision, and see if we are the right fit to work together.
Next, we'll dive into your wellness plan with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly calls depending on the schedule that works best for you.
Can I work with you if I have a chronic health condition?
Yes! We all know that true healing often starts with lifestyle shifts, and coaching is perfectly positioned to guide that journey.
Together, we'll co-create a personalized wellness plan that honors your unique health condition and builds on your strengths.
We'll gently address your issues to help ease stress, boost movement, recharge your energy, and cultivate the deeper sense of feeling truly alive and well. The magic happens through intentional behavior changes: small, sustainable steps that align with how your body and mind respond best. Therein lies your incredible superpower: brain neuroplasticity!
Through self-directed neuroplasticity, we actively shape new neural pathways, transforming old habits, and behaviors into new ones that serve you. As you build this pathway, your brain releases a cascade of positive hormones and neurotransmitters. Like dopamine for motivation, serotonin for calm, and endorphins for a feel-good lift.

Do you offer virtual coaching or in-person sessions?
I offer virtual coaching. This allows me to serve clients all over the world. And, you get to join in coaching sessions from the comfort of your own couch!
How long does it usually take to see results from health coaching?
How fast you see results depends on your commitment to following the custom wellness plan we outline together. Change takes discipline, but it can happen much faster than you expect! Some of my clients feel more energized and happy in as little as ONE WEEK.
